Important Information Before Purchasing

when purchasing, you agree to all policies listed below.
  • Deposit Policy

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom services.
    Once a deposit has been paid, it cannot be transferred to another service.
    Final files will not be delivered until the remaining balance has been paid in full.


  • Client Responsibilities

    • Please ensure you are selecting the correct service before booking. If unsure, contact me prior to purchase.
    • Client must submit all required information within 2 days of payment.
    • Delays in communication may affect the project timeline.
      -If there is no response from the client within 5 days, the project will be placed on hold. A restart fee of $40 will be apply.

  • Turnaround Time

    Turnaround time varies by service and will be confirmed before payment.
      Weekends and holidays are not included in turnaround time.  

  • Revisions

    Each service includes the stated number of revisions listed in the service description.

    Additional revisions will require an extra fee.


  • Refund Policy

    No refunds once the design process has started.

  • Rush Services

    Rush services are available for an additional fee, depending on the service.

  • Digital Product Policy

    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. These products are for personal/business use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
