Update Guidelines:

Standard updates include minor changes such as text edits, image swaps, link updates, and small layout adjustments.

Product edits include minor updates to up to 3 existing products (images, pricing, light description edits, or details).

Each request must remain within a reasonable scope and may be counted separately if multiple sections or extensive changes are requested.

Not Included:

• Full redesigns or new pages
• Website builds or revamps
• Branding or graphic design services
• Bulk product uploads or major edits

These services are available at an additional cost.

Terms:

Service begins after onboarding and receipt of all required access and information.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate login details and necessary access. Delays in access may affect turnaround time.

• All requests must be submitted through the official request form
• Requests are completed in the order received
• Submitting multiple requests at once may extend turnaround time
• Unused requests do not roll over
• Payment is billed monthly and must remain active for service
• No refunds on subscription payments 

-Membership can be canceled at any time. No work will be completed during inactive or unpaid periods.

 This is a monthly subscription. Your payment method will be automatically charged every month unless canceled.
